I'm Mark Ross - a digital transformation leader based in Zurich, and the founder of InnovateInDigital.

I started this community because I kept having the same conversation: brilliant people working on RPA, automation, and AI, but doing it in silos. No real space to share what's actually working, what isn't, and where things are heading. So I built one.

InnovateInDigital brings together business & technology leaders across Switzerland for honest, high-quality conversations - roundtables, workshops, and meetups where real experience gets shared, not just polished presentations. We're currently 40 members strong.
